I found some out of date pulses in the back of my kitchen cupboards. Rather than throwing them away, I decided to take them to toddler group. We simply stuck them to paper plates using PVA glue. No cutting out or preparation. Warning: make sure you have a decent vacuum cleaner. They got EVERYWHERE!
