Only do this with children who know the difference between sucking and blowing!
You need to experiment a little with the texture of the paint, but basically water down some ready made paint and add a little washing up liquid. Put in a bowl or tub. BLOW through a straw and hopefully the paint will bubble up to the top of the container. Place paper over the container and make beautiful patterns.
